KFC Italy hosted an unforgettable motivational event, held in the splendid setting of the Toscana Garden Resort, near Cecina. The day's highlights were the brand's approximately 300 Store Managers, who gathered to share visions, results, and new challenges, and to celebrate determination, achievements, and team spirit.

For this important event, the chosen theme was "HEROES": a profound invitation to recognize and celebrate the commitment, resilience, and "heroic" potential that every manager brings to bear daily in their work.

To give voice to this concept, Fred decided to invite a special guest: Filippo Magnini.

The former captain of the Italian National Swimming Team and two-time World Champion proved to be the perfect choice. Who better than a top-level athlete to convey what it means to face one's fears, overcome limitations, and lead oneself and others to success?

During his speech, Magnini seamlessly integrated the theme of "Heroes" into the working world of those in attendance. Through anecdotes related to competitive sports and his extraordinary career, he drew parallels between the dedication required of a champion in the pool and that required to manage and motivate a team every day. All of this, coupled with his innate charm and spontaneity, allowed him to break down barriers and connect deeply with the audience.
